Premier teams and highly ranked players are scheduled to take part in the 18th annual Rick Majerus Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Shootout at Concordia University in Mequon on December 27-28-29.
The annual event, which attracts top teams and players from throughout Wisconsin, features two of last year's WIAA state champions in De Pere (D1) and Pewaukee (D2).
Potential Top 10 teams in their respective divisions slated to take part in 2023 include De Pere, Marquette, Kaukauna, Oshkosh North, Arrowhead and Homestead in Division 1; Pewaukee, Wisconsin Lutheran, Nicolet, Onalaska, Stoughton and Grafton in Division 2; Saint Thomas More, Dominican, Xavier and Brookfield Academy in Division 3; Marathon in Division 4; and Columbus Catholic in Division 5.
Of the top 10 players currently ranked by WisSports.net in 2024, all 10 are scheduled to play while six of the top 10 in 2025 and four of the top 10 in 2026 are slated to participate.

Tickets will be sold at the door for the event, which annually awards several Rick Majerus Family Foundation scholarships to participating seniors based on academic merit and a written essay.
